  • Standard check in time is 3PM and checkout is 11AM. Please message us if you’d like to request for an early check in / late checkout (additional fees may apply).

  • The maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests total, per Santa Rosa regulations.

  • Yes — daytime visitors are allowed only with prior host approval and must depart by 9 PM. All visitors must comply with local occupancy rules.

  • Yes, we do. Please send us a message in advance so we can prepare it for your stay.

  • Yes — up to 2 per stay are allowed.

    Pet rules:

    • Pets must be included in your reservation.

    • Pets must be potty trained.

    • Maximum weight is 35 lbs each.

    • Dogs must be on leash in the front yard when outside. They can be off leash in the back yard.

    • Case-by-case exceptions may be considered.

  • Yes — complimentary onsite parking is available for our guests. In accordance with City of Santa Rosa regulations, a maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Street parking is not allowed, and all vehicles must be parked within the designated areas of the property.

  • Up to 15 people, including overnight and day guests, may be on property for small gatherings, dinners and lunches at any one time.  There are no exceptions to this Santa Rosa regulation. Larger events are prohibited by Santa Rosa, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. 

  • The home features five bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary (master) king suite has a full en suite bathroom, and the second upstairs king bedroom has a dedicated bathroom across the hall. . Downstairs, there are two king bedrooms one with a full en suite bath and one with a half en suite bath.  The queen bedroom has a full ensuite bath complete with double sink, shower and tub. In total, the home offers four king-size beds and one queen bed. One of the downstairs bedrooms is larger and includes an additional sitting room.

  • Yes, we have both. The home is equipped for comfortable year-round stays.

  • From SFO and OAK, it is approximately an XX hour drive and from Sonoma County Airpoirt (STS) it is only 20 minutes. 

  • Brush Creek Landing is approximately 20 minutes from Sonoma, Napa, Russian River, Alexander Valley, and Knight’s Valley, with easy access to Santa Rosa and nearby wine country destinations.

  • Yes. Brush Creek Landing is conveniently located near wineries, restaurants, and shopping in Santa Rosa Wine Country. Popular destinations such as Healdsburg, Calistoga, and The Barlow are easily accessible.

  • Healdsburg, Kenwood, Sebastopol, Calistoga, Sonoma, are all within a 20-30 minute drive. St. Helena and Napa are a little further. 

    • Open: 7 AM

    • Close: 9 PM

  • Yes — pool heating is available for an additional cost. Please inquire at least a week in advance.

  • Yes. Our property does have a water slide for kids and adults.

  • Yes. The hot tub is heated and accommodates up to 6 guests.

  • Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

  • Yes — complimentary EV charging is available onsite for guest use.

  • Yes. Guests have access to the fully equipped chef’s indoor kitchen as well as the outdoor kitchen.

  • Yes. Guests enjoy the heated pool (inquire for heating), 6-person hot tub, basketball court, balconies and patios, outdoor kitchen, and formal dining and living areas.

  • Yes. The spacious layout, multiple suites, and reliable Wi-Fi make it ideal for wine country getaways, family stays, small retreats, and remote work stays.

  • Yes. Guests have private access to the entire home and grounds. Hosts and staff are nearby but not onsite unless assistance is requested.

  • Yes. Our private Chef Seth Johnson, is the private chef for Brush Creek Landing. Chef Seth offers customized, seasonal menus tailored to your group’s preferences and dietary needs. He handles everything — from sourcing ingredients to preparation, service, and clean-up — so you can enjoy a restaurant-quality dining experience in the comfort of the home. Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends and larger groups.

  • Housekeeping is not included during your stay; however, mid-stay cleaning services may be arranged upon availability for an additional fee.

  • We are available for urgent matters and have local support staff nearby to address emergencies promptly.

    • For bookings through Airbnb and VRBO, please contact us through the app. More than one of us monitors these systems at the same time and this will increase your chances of getting a faster response.

    • For direct bookings, we will provide you with a direct contact number provided in your arrival guide.

  • No. For fire safety and comfort, the home is strictly non-smoking indoors and outdoors to preserve the property and comply with local regulations. There is a $500 fine for each occurrence.
